C) Baza Leadership Team members are representatives of our home studio, and, as such, are expected to conduct themselves according to our core values, respecting each other, staff and students at all times.

D) Baza Leadership Team members are also expected to participate in Baza’s community events (Baza Pop-Ups, Open Houses, Socials, etc.), in agreement that it is the whole team’s responsibility to engage the student community and promote the classes as well as our values.

E) There is important information to be shared to the students regarding our upcoming events, promotions and other relevant updates. Posters around the studio as well as Slack are constantly updated to contain such information so that Instructors are informed and able to transmit it to their students. Instructors are expected to take on the responsibility to read them (or ask front desk staff) and share this information with all their students before or after their classes.

In order to comply with this respectful practice, we suggest instructors be in the facilities 10 minutes prior to the start of their classes and wrap up 5 minutes before the end of their lesson to allow for filming or questions at the end.
