Availability wise, Bottega, Studio A, and Studio B, are reserved for our in-house program on weeknights from 6-9pm. Studio C is popular and available to book on first-paid, first-served basis. Generally, daytime and weekend time-slots are free for all studios, however, they book fast, so contact us using the form below ⬇️

The Building

We are located at 1304 Seymour St in downtown Vancouver, just off the Granville bridge, and 6 minutes walk from Yaletown-Roundhouse skytrain station. Street parking is available along Drake, Seymour, and Richards with meter rates being at the low end for downtown. Free parking is also available along Pacific Blvd. We have 4 spaces, studios A, B, C, and the big Bottega Room!

Bottega - 2000+ total sqft (1000 sqft danceable space)

Equipped with a high-end mixer, 4 powered speakers, and 1 sub, audio quality is excellent. Floor material is vinyl plank, with wood and beam subfloor providing a minimal natural spring effect. The space radiates a warm, rustic feel with modern amenities. Perfect for larger dance rehearsals or company meetings in downtown Vancouver.

$95/hr + GST (staffing cost excluded)

Studio A - 522 sqft

Equipped with a mixer and high-end speakers, audio quality is excellent. Floor material is vinyl plank, with wood and beam subfloor providing a minimal natural spring effect. Studio is equipped with a motorized projector screen (bring your own projector). Perfect for dance rehearsal space or company meetings in downtown Vancouver.

$50/hr + GST

Studio B - 836 sqft

Equipped with a mixer and high-end powered speaker, audio quality is excellent. Floor material is vinyl plank on wood sub-floor making for a great dance rehearsal space.

$75/hr + GST

Studio C - 135 sqft

Equipped with a digital receiver, passive speaker, and ready for aux cable connection (plug into laptop or cell phone jack). Floor material is vinyl plank with wood and beam subfloor providing natural but minimal spring. Perfect, if you're looking for an affordable dance studio rental space for practice or rehearsal in Vancouver.
